Coffee is a good loyal company for breaking a darn, but fruit is the best one!
Here i am, crawling back to Food Combining Dietary System after almost a year left.
i used to be a strict one in early of 2011, but then i made my own rules on it.
Lemon water after i woke up in the morning, having fruits as my breakfast, salad or fruit as my snacks (i turned the menu into ordinary breakfast during my pregnancy period), ordinary lunch, another fruit or salad or local snacks or coffee as my afternoon snacks, then close the day with protein with vegetables.
well, i have to admit that it is never be easy. But as my blood parameters cant wait, so i have to crawl harder to it.
